AGENTHUB AU PTY LTD ("we," "our" or "us") operates the AgentHub360 real-estate management platform. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and Meta Platforms' data deletion requirements.
When a buyer-agent agency connects their Meta Business to AgentHub360, the following data flows may apply to you. See Section 11 of our Privacy Policy for the full description of each.
Meta Pixel (browser-side tracking)
Records anonymised events (e.g. PageView, Lead) on funnel pages, tied to a Meta-issued browser cookie (_fbp). The cookie is set by Meta and held by Meta on your behalf, not by AgentHub360.
Conversions API (server-side)
When you submit a form on a funnel landing page, AgentHub360 sends a server-side Lead event to Meta. Your email, phone and name are hashed with SHA-256 before transmission; we also send your IP, browser user-agent and the _fbp / _fbc cookies for event deduplication against the browser-side Pixel.
Custom Audiences
If you are in an agency's buyer list and they have connected Meta, AgentHub360 may include a SHA-256 hash of your email, phone and name in a Meta Custom Audience the agency uses to target ads to past or active customers.
Facebook Lead Ads
If you submit a Lead Ad form on Facebook or Instagram for an agency connected to AgentHub360, Meta sends the lead data (the fields you filled in) directly to AgentHub360 via webhook. The legal basis for processing is the consent you gave on Meta's side at form submission.
We do not read your Facebook profile, friend list, photos or messages. The Facebook Login for Business sign-in is used only by agency administrators to grant AgentHub360 limited permissions on their own Meta assets — never by buyers or end consumers.
To remove Pixel-based or Conversions API data held by Meta directly, use the controls in your Facebook account settings or your Instagram Accounts Center. To remove what AgentHub360 holds about you, follow Section 2 below.
To request deletion of any personal data AgentHub360 holds about you — including data attributable to your interaction with our Meta advertising — please email our Privacy Officer with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number you used with AgentHub360
- A short statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data

- We acknowledge every request within 5 business days.
- We verify your identity to prevent unauthorised deletion of someone else's account.
- We complete deletion within 30 days, in line with APP requirements.
- You will receive written confirmation once deletion is complete.
Some data must be retained for legal, regulatory or legitimate-business reasons, including:
- Records required under Australian tax, anti-money-laundering (AML/CTF) and consumer-protection laws.
- Records required to defend legal claims or comply with a court order.
- Aggregated or fully anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you.
Where data must be retained, we restrict access and delete it as soon as the retention obligation expires.
